We understand that travelling internationally for a specialist prosthetic appointment is a significant commitment. That's why we begin with a remote consultation and coordinate the details of your visit in advance.

Consultation and assessment
Meet our specialist team for a detailed assessment. Depending on your needs, this may include measurements, casting, design discussions, functional considerations and an initial colour assessment.

Design and prototype manufacture
Our specialists begin designing and creating your individual prototype. Further appointments may be required for measurements, assessments or checks. Outside scheduled appointments, there is time to relax or explore the local area.

Day 4
Prototype fitting and assessment
Try your prototype device and review its fit, shape, comfort, positioning, function and appearance with our team.
Your feedback and any agreed refinements are carefully recorded before we progress to the definitive prosthesis.

Final review and departure
We confirm the agreed design, gather any additional information required and complete the final colour and detail assessment. With the essential in-person stages complete, you can return home.

Your journey continues after your visit.
Once you return home, our specialists incorporate the agreed alterations into your final design before manufacturing and finishing your definitive bespoke silicone prosthesis in the UK.
Following final quality checks, your prosthesis is securely packaged and shipped internationally, typically within 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of your case. A remote follow-up and aftercare appointment is also included.

Will I receive my final prosthesis during the five-day visit?
No. The five-day UK visit is designed to complete the essential in-person stages, including your prototype fitting and final review. Your definitive prosthesis is manufactured and finished afterwards, then shipped directly to you.
How long will international delivery take?
Your definitive prosthesis is typically shipped within 6–8 weeks after your UK visit. The exact timescale depends on the complexity of your individual case.
Are accommodation and transfers included?
Yes. The package includes four nights' hotel accommodation, airport transfers and hotel-to-clinic transfers for all scheduled appointments. Extra costs apply for additional guests.
Are my flights included?
No. Flights, travel insurance and personal expenses are not included in the package. Please wait until you receive email confirmation of your appointment date and time before booking any flights.
What happens before I travel?
We'll arrange an initial remote video consultation to discuss your needs and assess suitability. Once your booking is confirmed, our team will coordinate your appointments, accommodation and local travel arrangements.
